When the Calot triangle structures cannot be found and a critical evaluation of patient safety achieved, surgeons perform subtotal cholecystectomy (SC). objective Evaluation analysis outcomes at GIT Hepatology teaching Hospital is to conducted. Retrospective data research methodologies thirteen hundred eighty onsecutive patients & (Oct.2017 Apr.2020). 53 1380 people investigated underwent partial cholecystectomy. Routine laparoscopic or open (13.27) could not included in study. An individual patient's medical history mined for information on their preoperative features. Results individuals had cholecystectomy, with 29 males (55.7%) 24 women (24.8%) both undergoing procedure (45.2 percent ). Patients research, who ranged age from 20 69, an average 43.5 years. The bulk 45 (87.2%) elective surgery, whereas only 8 (15%) emergency surgery. There were 33 cases this study (6 conversion cholecystectomy).
